AUSTIN, Texas-- Wealth Partners, LLC (Bluespring), which focuses exclusively on acquiring best-in-class wealth management firms, today announced the addition of Alan Brum as Vice President of Internal Business Development.
Brum will help drive recruiting efforts while managing the internal desk responsible for generating and qualifying leads. His role will include coaching and mentoring internal recruiters, setting strategies that reach recruiting targets, and building and managing specific, goal-oriented campaigns.

Brum’s extensive industry experience has been characterized by his impressive performance in leadership roles. For the past decade, he has worked at TD Ameritrade Institutional, most recently as Sales VP-RIAs in South/East with a territory including New Jersey, Delaware, Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Brum previously served as Manager of the Advisor in Transition Team with TD Ameritrade, creating a training program, and training new and existing team members on sales processes, organizational skills, and firm capabilities. Earlier in his career, he worked for Advisors Asset Management, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, PNC Investments, and AllianceBernstein.
